LUXE Nail Salon

I was trying to give this salon a second chance since my nail lady at a different salon is out of the country. I called and asked if they used certain gel, was told yes. I also asked if they can do designs, was told yes. I waited 25 minutes before anything even was started. My nail tech was so nice, but my nails look ABSOLUTELY horrible. Simple design, looks terrible, grammar is wrong. I kept telling her to please re-do, she re did some and not all. It came out worse than I expected. If I call asking for 2 requests and you can’t follow through that is lying. They are not sanitary. Nothing was cleaned in between clients, same stuff used for prior client was used on me. So glad my nail lady comes back next week. Re-doing the mess this salon left my hands. This place only cares about money and not what the paying customer wants. Also half of the pictures they post up on their Facebook they steal from Pinterest or other salons that CAN do the design. Terrible. Never again am I cheating on my nail lady. It’s LOVE not EVOL. 😑

Let me start off by saying the owner Jared takes pride in everything ! There is a saying “ when you treat your employees right and show your appreciation they perform better”; this nail salon is a prime example ! You can tell he trusts his staff and his clients. He has a lot energy and fun loving ! Every time you walk into the salon you are greeted with being called your name and everyone has a HUGE smile on their face ! You can tell they love what they do; not only that, they love you! The best salon I have gone to in years ! It’s a mini vacation getaway ! I would highly recommend this place ! Outstanding experience and outstanding staff!!! Love jarred and all the nail tech ! Also, they are clean and professional. Lastly, they are perfectionist !! 💕💕💕💕💕 and, very accommodating!!!!

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was very disappointed. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I've had 3 different people do my nails. One of them was this new guy, and he did an awful job. An employee could see it in my face how disappointed I was, so she finished my nails. They looked horrible, and I was still charged $68. I'll never go back.

Good nail salon. Not sure if they take walk ins but every time i’ve been they have been very busy so i’d recommend calling ahead. I got acrylic tips new set, 1 solid color and it cost me $45. As i’m writing this review, i got my nails done 3 1/2 weeks ago and only chipped one of my nails. I don’t regularly get my nails done, only for special events, but if i was going back for a fill, i would go back to luxe.

I have been going here 2 years. I have referred 3 people (family members to this place). I was not only called 4-5 times today from the salon while at work. My nail tech Joanne had no consideration for the appt I set with her for weeks now. She had the receptionist call me to confirm I confirmed. Then 2 hours later I had 3 missed calls to see if i can come earlier. I called back thinking what is the emergency they call me 3 times at work. I explained I had a funeral Friday and could NOT switch my appointment time. The receptionist stated she would see me at 6. The nail tech calls me for the 5th time this day at work to say she is leaving early and is not going or wanting to sit around until 6pm. Therefore cancelling my appt. A long time customer and someone who has bought business to this nail salon. I asked for the owner and was told they are on vacation. Very appalled by the treatment i was given, coming to this salon for so long now. I will not be going back to Joanne and i expect a call from the owners.
